However, it's unclear what Ceruzzi has planned for one of the largest available tracts of land in Milford. Ceruzzi Properties has a good history of developing properties in Milford, said Robert Gregory, director of economic and community development for Milford. Gregory called the location a "key site" in Milford because of its large size and close proximity to the highway, the Post Road and its location on Cherry Street.
